Buckhead Prep Faculty

Why Teach at BPS?

A Sustainable Schedule

Burnout shouldn't be part of the job description. Our shortened school day (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and dedicated planning time ensure you have the energy to teach at your best and the time to enjoy your evenings.

Two Teachers per Class

You are never alone on an island. Every classroom is supported by both a Lead and an Associate teacher, allowing for true collaboration, small-group instruction, and shared workload.

100% Free Tuition

We invest in your family, too. Faculty and staff children receive full tuition remission, allowing your children to benefit from the same exceptional education you provide to others.

Voice & Leadership

We are a nimble, growing school where your input shapes decision-making. We offer immediate opportunities for leadership involvement and professional growth for educators who want to make an impact.
