Carter Frooman
arter Frooman brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as the 5th-grade lead teacher at Buckhead Prep. Carter is an Atlanta native, graduating from Pace Academy. Later he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clemson University, he has also been actively involved in the field, providing direct supervision and engaging in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy with children with severe cases of autism spectrum disorder at Project HOPE Foundation in Pendleton, SC.
His commitment to understanding human behavior is further exemplified by his pursuit of certification in Orton Gillingham, a teaching approach designed to support students with dyslexia and other language-based learning difficulties. Throughout the 2023-24 school year, Carter has demonstrated his passion for education through frequent substitute teaching at Buckhead Prep, assisting at events like Field Day, and building a strong rapport with students.
With a leadership, teamwork, and specialized therapy background, Carter is poised to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive academically and socially.
